Get started with Dynasty Origins
A. Leveling up quickly
1. After finishing the tutorial, completing Story stages will give you EXP, Feats and materials required to craft advanced hero gear. You will level up quickly and unlock new game modes.
2. Reach Lv.12 to unlock Daily Quests, which give a lot of EXP. Play the Story to reach Lv.12, then complete Daily Quests to level up quickly.
3. In the early game, level up quickly to unlock new game modes in order to get more rewards.
B. Improving Hero BR
Hero BR is mainly increased by hero level up, leadership level up, hero advance, hero star up, skill level up, Elixirs and Buffs.
Elixirs become available at Lv.42, once you have unlocked Battle of Chibi. If you manage to unlock Battle of Chibi by day 2, you should claim available Mystic Herbs as soon as possible. Hero Buffs are determined by the number of characters from the same country that you have drawn, as well as their grade. The more heroes there are from the same country and the higher their grade, the more bonuses you unlock.
C. Improving Mage BR
In the early game, focus on increasing skill level. Obtain Tomes of Magic by completing stages to increase mage skill level. Mages have different functions, skill effects and compatible formations. Choose a mage that fits your formation and focus on skills to help you progress through early game stages and play in the Arena. Zhou Yu and Diao Chan are the best choices for the early game.
D. Recharge Guide
If you want to spend money, there are a few things worth keeping an eye out for.
1. Make your first recharge to get Zhao Yun, a key part of the pierce team. You will also get additional Arena attempts, Stamina, Coin and Feat purchase chances. The more Stamina purchases you have, the more EXP you can potentially gain, and the quicker you will level up and unlock new modes.
2. The bi-monthly pass gives extra Ingots and Stamina daily, which can add up over time.
3. The Super Premium Rebate gives free Huang Wudie shards, while the Supreme version gives Huang Zhong shards. Huang Zhong has high Aptitude, making him helpful for both stages and Arena.
4. The free random enhance book from the Yellow Turban Writ improves hero troops, while the Essence Token from the Essence Writ can be used to draw relics. Hero levels are harder to increase in the late game, so you will need to improve soldiers and relics to increase your BR.
5. As you level up in the early game, you may be offered limited-time packs that contain special troops for some heroes.
